Words cannot express how very proud we are of her great achievement. Faith worked hard and stayed focused on her studies. Today she stands tall and is confident that GIRLS IN LIBERIA CAN REACH THEIR DREAMS TOO! What a role model for our girls.

I (Karen Barkman) first met Faith’s Family in 2007. I was on a mission to find John Duwana’s family and bring photos of him back to Liberia for his mother. John fled during the war and spent years at the Krisan Refugee Camp in Ghana before coming to Canada.
