Renewed Hope for the Nyeswah Family

Eddie and Harriet would like to express their deep appreciation for your immediate response in giving towards Harriet’s hospital bill. This Struggling Family Asking for Help had no idea where to turn. They cried out to God for help! They had no idea where the money would come from.

It was a happy day for this whole family when the hospital bill was paid in full, and Mama was back home with her family!

It had been a long and challenging journey, visiting doctor after doctor, until they found one willing to perform the surgery without requiring upfront payment. We want to give an honorable mention to Dr. Jerry Brown at the Absolute Health Care Center for his kindness and expert care for Harriet. He truly went above and beyond the normal practice. Eddie was even able to call him from home about a few concerns about Harriet’s vomiting the day she came home. This was a side effect of one of her medications.
Last Sunday Daniel Coleman dropped off additional funds for food and transportation costs to do follow-up appointments with Dr. Brown.

We want to express our heartfelt gratitude to our donors for bringing hope to this family! They are so grateful! Today, Harriet is up and moving around, recovering well. So many people were lifting her up in prayer, both in Liberia and in North America. Thank you God for answered prayers!

LIBERIA NEEDS BIBLES

Nothing brings me more joy than giving out Bibles! I know what the Word of God does for me, and I want others to experience the same God encounters that I have experienced while reading my Bible. “The Bible is my source of strength. It is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.” Psalm 119:105 It gives me hope and comfort. I get to know God, His character, and His Ways. The Word of Godis alive.
