Nothing brings me more joy than giving out Bibles! I know what the Word of God does for me, and I want others to experience the same God encounters that I have experienced while reading my Bible.
“The Bible is my source of strength. It is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.” Psalm 119:105
It gives me hope and comfort. I get to know God, His character, and His Ways. The Word of God
is alive. He speaks to me through His Word.

Let me share just one of these God Encounters with you.
In 2010, I was feeling the weight of this ministry. We were facing so many sick and dying with so few funds.
I left my office feeling so heavy. So downcast! I cried out to God, “I’m not sure I can carry all this sadness!” “Too many are dying needlessly!” “God, either we need more healing miracles, or more money to send our sick to the hospital! Please help us!!”. Suddenly, I felt a tangible presence of God fill the Room where I was sitting. Just then, I stared down at my Bible and out popped a verse: “I will abundantly bless her provision; I will satisfy her poor with bread.” Psalm 132:15. I felt that verse go straight into my heart, and I knew somehow God would provide! He just spoke to me!
Off, I went back into my office. I had a new email waiting for me! It was a woman from Texas saying she wanted to send $10,000 US for our sick! “Why should our brothers and sisters suffer so?!!” she commented. Six months later, she donated another $10,000 US!
To this day, God has always been ABUNDANTLY PROVIDING for our poor! This ministry keeps on growing. God’s blessing is on this work! The Glory and Praise belong to Him! I have that verse underlined in my Bible. My Precious Bible!

Today again, Daniel Coleman gave out a Bible to Benjamin one of our Grade 11 students. He was so grateful to have his own Bible!
So many believers in Liberia do not own a Bible! It’s a desperate need.

We are buying more and more Bibles to share with new believers, Bible study leaders, pastors, and those boldly sharing Jesus in their communities.
Have a look at this worn-out Bible. On my last trip to Liberia, I brought a few Study Bibles with me. One was gifted to this elderly man, Alfred Doe. He was overjoyed to have a new Bible!

I’m always amazed by how many Liberians still don’t have a Bible. Thankfully, the Bible Society in Liberia makes it possible to buy good-quality Bibles for just $7.75 or $11.00 USD. These editions even come with larger print, perfect for those with poor eyesight or who often read in dim lighting.
We love giving people rice to nourish their bodies, but even more, we love giving them the Word of God to feed their souls!
