Destiny Bible College Continues to Impact Liberia

Destiny Bible College had the pleasure of welcoming Bishop Samuel Mwangi back to Liberia for 10 days in May to continue teaching and mentoring pastors and leaders through the School of the Supernatural.

During his visit, Bishop Samuel spent three days training teachers at Covenant Sanctuary Church. He taught a course on Kingdom Investors, which explores how Jesus introduced God’s Kingdom during the reign of the Roman Empire, and why He healed the sick, forgave sins, fed the people, cleansed the temple, and sacrificed His life on the cross. The feedback from the teachers was overwhelmingly positive, with each participant expressing how impactful the sessions were.

  • Buchanan Campus: Led by Elder Otis Dyega (33 students attending)

Bishop Samuel plans to return to Liberia in November to participate in their graduation ceremony.

Weekly Kingdom Training

Every Monday from February through May, Bishop Samuel taught live via WhatsApp, covering key Kingdom principles:

  • Growing in an intimate relationship with God

  • Developing a Kingdom mindset and thinking from a place of miracles

  • Walking in covenant relationships by asking, “What can I give?” rather than “What can I get?”

  • Understanding that “Walking closely with God will cost you something.”

Pastor William Kordah shared in response: “Thank you for the powerful teaching today. It was deeply informative, richly educative, and truly life-transforming… Today’s teaching was not just a message, it was an impartation.”

Guest Speakers Bring Additional Kingdom Insights

Bishop Samuel also invited several guest speakers to contribute to the training:

  • Dann Farrley (Bethel) taught on Kingdom Culture. Pastor William Kordah shared: “This session helped me understand that Kingdom Culture is not just a concept, but a lifestyle.”

  • William Jackson (South Africa) taught on Breaking a Poverty Mindset, sharing: “Poverty is not a position; it is a mindset. Our minds are the banks of the river, which create the context for faith to flow.”

  • Dale Burke (Alaska) taught on 11 Keys of Godly Leadership (using Andrew Wommack’s book as a foundation). He shared that he used the book as a foundation and added an eleventh key.

He challenged students with three questions: Who are you leading? Where are you taking them? What qualifies you to become a leader?
