Carpentry Award goes to Exodus Smith

Exodus Smith receives  THE CARPENTRY AWARD  at My Father’s House Award Night.

Exodus lives in Apt. 2 with Joshua Keamue, Moses Taweh and Saye Gea.  He is in Grade 11 at the Calvary Baptist School.                                                                                                                                                                                                             Whenever anything needs fixing we call on Exodus and his team of Carpenters.  Ruben Gea and Paul Barchue are also skilled at carpentry.    They have made benches, shelves, desks and other furniture items.  We are very proud of their workmanship!

We always encourage  our students to do work projects and use their skills and talents.   We like to reward them for their accomplishments.

Outreach to Bomi County

Daniel Coleman, our Director of Mercy Ministry, recently made a return visit to his birthplace in Bomi County, a place he cherishes and visits whenever he can. On each trip, he personally delivers used clothing, slippers, and rice to the community. They know him by name and are always happy when he visits. In the recent visit, Provision of Hope supported Daniel’s efforts with a small contribution, helping provide flip-flops and used clothing.
