All over the world Christians are celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Messiah! “For unto us a Child is born, Unto us a Son is given; And the government will be upon His shoulder. And His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.” Isaiah 9:6
Children in Liberia are the same as children everywhere! They get so excited for Christmas morning to open their presents and celebrate with festive food! It is a season to be joyful. A season to spread some cheer to others around you. A time to show kindness to those who need some hope. This is what we teach our children in our homes to “reach out to others in need”. Our parents in all our homes model this so well to those in their communities. Praise God for the light of hope you are to those around you! You shine so bright!

Benetta is the mother in Otis Dyega’s Home. She stands on the far right. They have 14 children. Roger & Ruth Gbah with their 6 children are now part of the Dyega Family. They live close by. Praise God for how they have become one big happy family! They are a light in their community!
