Believing God for a New Vehicle

Lynda and Rich Powers are missionairies in Liberia.  They left the comforts of home, to go to Africa, to minister among the people there.   Lynda is a nurse, and you will find her out and about daily caring for the sick.  She comes over to My Father’s House to take care of our boys when they need treatment.  They are giving their lives to serve the needy of Liberia.  They desperately need another vehicle.  Could you consider helping them in this way?

Rich and Lynda's Red Truck

This is a photo of their old truck that they still use to try to get around.  Many times it will break down.  They are in desperate need of a new vehicle.  Seeing the need I decided to do a post on our blog, on their behalf.  There is a missionary couple leaving Liberia shortly and would sell their vehicle to them.  It’s a Pathfinder, and it would be perfect for what they need.   I believe we can do this if we all pull together with the little we can give.

Outreach to Bomi County

Daniel Coleman, our Director of Mercy Ministry, recently made a return visit to his birthplace in Bomi County, a place he cherishes and visits whenever he can. On each trip, he personally delivers used clothing, slippers, and rice to the community. They know him by name and are always happy when he visits. In the recent visit, Provision of Hope supported Daniel’s efforts with a small contribution, helping provide flip-flops and used clothing. He’s also brought some treats, such as popcorn,
